This cruise is confirmed for the Labour Day long weekend (Aug 31 – Sep 2) with Peter Feltham as the cruise captain.

FRIDAY, August 30

Flexible arrival times at the Gananoque Municipal Marina (cost is $1.80 per foot; payment to be made directly to the Gananoque Marina)    

 

Those who can’t make it by water are invited to join by land yacht.

Evening gathering (7:30 p.m.) at the Gananoque Brewing Company (craft beers will be served along with wine and cider; munchies will be available with the cost shared per person)

SATURDAY, August 31

Free time during the day (there is something for everyone – kayaking, Gananoque boat cruises, shopping, antiquing, art studios, spas, helicopter ride, and more; the 4th annual boat show and parade is also being hosted by the Thousand Islands Boat Museum)

Downtown Gananoque has a Metro store and an LCBO.

Rendez-vous at the Toucat Bed and Breakfast for a potluck happy hour (BYOB, 4:30 p.m.) and BBQ (5:30 p.m.) with musical entertainment (burgers, hotdogs and sausages including gluten-free and vegetarian options will be provided courtesy of the Commodore; bring an appetizer for the happy hour or a salad for the BBQ)

 

Million Dollar Quartet at the Thousand Island Playhouse, Springer Theatre (performance begins at 8 p.m.; 42 CBYC cruise participants will be attending)

SUNDAY, September 1

Check-out from the Gananoque Municipal Marina by 11 a.m.

Sign up at the office at Collins Bay Marina. Payment due for Thousand Island Playhouse performance tickets by JULY 2.
